Biography

Uriah Carpenter was born on 12 Jun 1711 in Swansea, Bristol, Massachusetts, son of Benjamin Carpenter (1680– ) and Mary Barney (1688–1742).[1][2]

His siblings were:

Uriah (22) married Sarah Hayward (15) (born on 25 Apr 1718 in Mendon, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay) on 28 Nov 1733 in Ashford, Windham, Connecticut.[3] [2] Their known children were:

  2. Hezekiah Carpenter (1736–1822)
  3. Jonathan Carpenter (1738–1748)
