WITNESSES: Grzegorz Kietliński, farmer owner, from the village Kietlanki, 33 years old, and Mikołaj Krystman, farmer owner, from the village Kolonia Kowalówka, 31 years old,

Translated: It did hapen in Jasienica [orthography is with one “n”] in the twenty-fifth day of November, year one thousand eight hundred thirty-four, at six o'clock in the afternoon. We make it known that in the consciousness of witnesses Grzegorz Kietliński, farmer owner, from the village Kietlanki, thirty-three years old, and Mikołaj Krystman, farmer owner, from the village Kolonia Kowalówka, thirty-one years old, today has been concluded religious marriage between Wiktor Pętkowski, young man, residing with his brother in the village Pułazie, parish Zuzela, born in the village Pułazie Wygonowo, year one thousand eight hundred fifth, on the seventeenth day of October, son of the late Karol and Joanna, born Żólczyk, spouses Pętkowski, both passed away, twenty- nine years old, and a young woman Katarzyna Krystman , daughter of the late Jan and Ottolia [Ophelia ?] born Hofman, spouses Krystman, both passed away, twenty- eight years old. Born in the French country village Cwaybryken [orthography is Zweibrücken], year one thousand eight hundred sixth, on the fifteenth day of June, residing now with her brother in Kolonia Kowalówka. This marriage was preceded by two announcements, on the fourteenth and twenty-third day of November of the current year, in the parishes Zuzela and Złotoria - Jasienica, the third announcement received the dispensation from the Holy General Consistory in Pułtusk, issued on the nineteenth day of November in the current year. No opposition to the marriage had happened. New spouses declare that they have not entered into a prenuptial agreement. This act was read to the present and witnesses, and was signed only by us, because the persons mentioned in the Act do not know how to write.

Appeared Stanislaw Michalik, 40, and Florian Majewski, 50, both farmers residing in Jelonka, and declared that on 16/28 June of this year, at 3:00 AM, died in Jelonka KATARZYNA PETKOWSKA [Pętkowska], widow, age 84, parents unknown, where born unknown, residing with family in Jelonka. Eyewitness testimony of the death of Katarzyna Petkowska verified. We read this act aloud, and the second witness signed. Administrator of Jelonka parish, registrar of civil acts. Fr. Michal Turowski. Florian Majewski. (Notes: Son, Franciszek was living in Jelonka at this time. Chances are good that Katarzyna was living with her son.)
