Biography

Jane was the daughter of Savory and Dorothy Burge Clifton; she was born in 1697 at Rochester in the Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1] She married Thomas Bowerman as his second wife at Falmouth in 1721[2] and they had nine children together.[3]
