Biography
According to Inhabitants and Estates of the town of Boston, 1630-1822, (p 5679), and "The Crooked and Narrow Streets of the Town of Boston, 1630-1822", both by Annie Haven Thwing, Thomas Constable was married to Ann, who (as his widow) married in 1652 Phillip Long. This same source names only one child, Thomas (not Thomasine), but Ann had a daughter Sarah, b. about 1640, who would also have been Thomas's daughter. Sarah married Benjamin Briscoe, and Ann conveyed her house to him after Phillip's death.[1]
There is no evidence given for Thomas's birth date or place, which remains unsourced.
