Biography

Susanna Crapo was born 5 Nov 1707 in Massachusetts Bay Province, New England. She was the daughter of a French Huguenot emigrant, who fled his homeland due to religious anti-Huguenot persecution under French King Louis XIV in the late 17th Century. Through her mother, Penelope, Susanna was a descendent of Mayflower passengers William White and his son Resolved.

Marriage

Susanna married another French Huguenot emigrant Louis DeMaranville in 1730.

Louis and Susanna had 11 children:

On 28 December 1757, Susanna and her husband signed a receipt for her share of her father's estate.[1]

Death

Susanna passed away after 28 Dec 1757 (aged 50). [2]
