Biography

The History of the Crispin family (De nobili genere Crispinorum ), said to be written by Miles Crispin in the early 1100's, tells us that the three sons of "Gilbert, surnamed Crispin" and his wife were "Gilbert jr, William and Robert".

"Gislebertum, Willelmum…et Robertum", the three sons of "Gislebertus…Crispini cognomen" and his wife.

adding that Robert left for Constantinople where he served the emperor and died "invidia Græcorum veneno"

Hello,

Current profile information has this person born after their parent's death, which has raised an error in Wikitree's database.

Please can this be investigated with the view to potential correction using sources?

Thank you,
