In 1871, Frank was living with his parents in Wolborough, Devon. His father was a railway servant. [2]
In 1881, Frank was 18-years-old and working as a furniture dealer's assistant. He was still living with his parents. The family resided in Market Street, Exeter, Devon. Frank's father had become an inn-keeper. [3]
In 1901, Frank was living with his wife in Marylebone, Middlesex. His father was also residing in the house, but no longer as the head. Frank was by then a licensed victualler and employed ten servants from various parts of Great Britain and beyond. [4]
Frank passed away in 1904. His death was registered in Marylebone. He was 41-years-old. [5]
