Biography
Ansel was born in 1794. He was the son of Phineas Crouch and Tabitha Wood. He passed away in 1882. [1]
Ansel settled in McKean Twp. Erie County about 1817 and was a teacher, farmer and ran the mail route between NcKean and Edinboro.
