There is some confusion about Louella's maiden name. Death Certificates for three sons of Louella Cunningham and James Monroe Holland have Louella's maiden name as Keith, one daughter and one son have their mother's maiden name as Cunningham. Her husband, James Monroe Holland's death certificate has his wife name as, Louelle Cunningham. also. *
