Biography

Sir William Daniell, was a Judge of the Common Pleas,[1] (will 21 Sep 1607),[2] He was the third son of:[1][3]

  • Thomas Daniel of Over Tabley, esquire (b. c. 1503 - d. 02 June 1551, age 48),[1][3]
  • and Margaret (living 1551), dau. of William Wilbraham, Esq. of Woodhey, Cheshire.[1][3]

His surname was also spelled "Danyell", as well as "De Anyers."[1][4]

m. Sir Edward Cooke, son of Sir Anthony Cooke of Gidea Hall, Essex (b. 1559 - 1604) & Anne Waldegrave.
