Biography

Bill Dunkley (Dunkley-71) and N Fanning (Fanning-475) are co-operating on the clean up of this profile. They have adopted a number of orphaned profiles in order to facilitate this process. They are direct descendants of either the Davy Family or the Klein Family. Both are pre-1700 certified and Bill is a member of the NNS group.

The variations in spelling of the last name in the pre-1700 profiles (parents are PPP'd) complicates the procedure. 1700 seems to be the point at which the various branches determine their spelling preference. We are therefore using the spelling that is most prevalent for each sibling's descendants.

Other PM's will be consulted of course and if anyone has proof of LNAB, before or after we clean up this profile, please feel free to contact one of us. We will also inform the NNS if it appears to conflict with Ancestors of these profiles, even though they are Post-1700.

Thanks from both.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with William:
