Clare Leroy Dement was born 2 Jan 1893 in Norway, Coos, Oregon, United States. He was the son of Russell Dement and Lucy Norris.[1]
He married Jane Annie Shull in 1916.[2][3]
He died 17 Feb 1937 in Myrtle Point, Coos, Oregon, United States.[4]
