1800 Harvard, Worcester Co MA, David Dickinson; he lived until 1809, although only wife and children are listed, 02000/00010.
1790 Harvard, Worcester Co NY: David Dickinson, 142, near Shadrach Hapgood: 1790, Harvard, Worcester Co MA.
Signed as "David Dickerson," 1770 in Ashburnham, with brother Amos. Marriage record says "both of Ashburnham." Moved to Shelburne in 1779. Revolutionary War service at Shelburne in 1777. Remarried in Harvard, Worcester Co MA in 1784.
He served one month and two days in a local militia unit. He was a resident of Shelburne, Massachusetts, when he enlisted, 22 Sep 1777 in Capt. John Wells's company, Col. David Wells's regiment of Hampshire County militia. This unit responded to an alarm in a nearby town, Stillwater.

David Dickinson of Keene, New Hampshire, made his will on 24 Jan 1809. He names his wife, Lydia Dickinson; his oldest son, David Dickinson Jr.; his son, Daniel Dickinson; his daughters, Dorothy Dickinson and Persis Dickinson; his sons, Silas Dickinson and Calvin Dickinson; and his two "younger sons," William Dickinson and Abraham Dickinson..[1]
