Biography
Rhoda Dodson was born in Virginia, and while her exact date of birth is not known it is assumed that she was born about 1788 based on her being 21 years of age when she married Philip Collie (Colley) on the 6th of March 1809 in Pittsylvania county Virginia.[1]
