Biography
Stephen Dodson was born the 15th of August, 1785, in Halifax county, Virginia. Stephen is the son of Caleb Dodson and Elizabeth Petty.
Stephen married Masey Ferrell, daughter of William Ferrell on the 24th of October, 1808.[1]
Stephen married his second wife, Sarah Gill on the 18th of December, 1833, in Pittsylvania county, Virginia.[2]
Stephen died the 17th of August, 1873, in Surry county, North Carolina.
