Thankful Doolittle was born in Northfield, Massachusetts, 20 Jan 1733/4, daughter of Benjamin Doolittle and Lydia Todd. She married in Northfield 10 Ju 1750 Oliver Willard. She died in Hartland, Vermont and is buried at Cutts Cemetery.[1]
