Civic Service

He served as the first constable and collector in New London, serving from 1764 to 1772. ^[1]

He is also listed as an American Patriot with the Daughters of the American Revolution. Ancestor #A033851 ^[6] According to his record, he served as a member of the committee to purchase supplies for the Army (their source being the Mullen CT town meeting records Vol2, P43).
