Biography

Daniel was born in Piscataway, NJ in about 1745, the son of Benjamin Dunn and Catherine Drake. He married Sarah Fitz Randolph there in 1775, where he was residing. They settled in nearby Wantage, Sussex Co., NJ before the beginning of the Revolutionary War. They had at least four children together. He passed away there in 1811, leaving Sarah a widow.

Their daughter, Ann Eliza Dunn, b. 16 Dec 1806 in NJ, married Ephraim Fitz Randolph 3 Mar 1824 in Brooklyn, Kings, NY, d. 8 Aug 1899 in Spring Hill, Johnson, Indiana.
