Hugh Dunn married Abigail Carman in 1762 in Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey, USA.

Transcribed will of Hugh Dunn of Piscataway, Middlesex Co., NJ. dated Twenty day April 1824. No widow mentioned. Executors to pay funeral expense and debts with monies on hand or that may be collected. To son, Carman Dunn, all my farm or plantation where I now live and all my woodland near Colyers Mill Run and all my salt marsh and all my personal estate whatsoever and wherever except what is hereinafter disposed of to him his heirs, forever. Carman to pay my daughters; Sarah Bloodgood, Keziah Dunham, Osse Dunham, and Abigail Dunn, $300 at my decease. Carman to pay my daughter Elizabeth Dunn $500 at my decease and to Elizabeth, one heifer, one calf, all my household goods she feels proper to take. I order that my son Carman have the whole care of my daughter Margaret Dunn and that he and his heirs are bound by this my last will and testament to provide everything necessary for her support and comfort during her natural life and to give her a decent burial at her decease. I order that my lands hereby bequeathed be bound for payment of the several legacies bequeathed. Executors; Carman Dunn and son-in-law, Samuel Bloodgood. Witnesses; Alexander Dunn, Simean F. Randolph, Aaron Dunn. Proved 16 May 1826. Administrators; Carman Dunn and Samuel Bloodgood.

Dunn-10822 and Dunn-6782 do not represent the same person because: These profiles do not represent the same man. One died in Elizabethtown at the Ohio/Indiana border and the other in New Jersey, leaving a will naming none of the children of the other.
