Biography

Jacob Judson Drake Jr. son of Jacob Dyer and Unknown Stafford was born on August 24, 1824.[1]

He married Isabel Grove (1825-1851) on January 20, 1848, in Lisbon, Lincoln, Androscoggin, Maine.[2] They had no Childern.

Jacob (age 24) and Isabella (age 25) lived in Lisbon, Lincoln, Maine in 1850, where he was a Laborer.[3]

His wife Isabel passed away in 1851 at the age of 26. They had been married 3 years.

Jacob married Lydia Mitchell in Durham, Maine, on February 23, 1852, when he was 27 years old.[4] They had at least 6 children.

Jacob married Elvira Jane Thomas (1844-1881) on September 23, 1871 in Brunswick, Cumberland, Maine.[7] They had one child.

In 1880, Jacob (age 52) and Elvira (age 35) lived in Lisbon, Androscoggin, Maine, where he worked as a Laborer, and Elvira was taking care of the home and family, which included sons, Edwin E W -13, and Rosco W-11.[6]

He married Emma A Wilson on July 8, 1884 in Lisbon Falls, Androscoggin, Maine. They had at least one child.

  1. Gertrude Lena Dyer (1885-)

Widowed and age 76, He was a Boarder in the home of Jeremiah Estes, in Durham, Androscoggin, Maine in 1900.[9]

He died at the age of 83, on March 5, 1908 in Durham, Androscoggin, Maine[10] and was buired in the Vining Cemetery.[1]
