Lucy Dyer, the daugher of Samuel Dyer and Thankful Delano was born September 17, 1743 in Lewiston, Androscoggin, Maine.^[1]

She married Phillip Millbanks (1739-1811) on January 15, 1767 in Falmouth, Maine.^[2] They had 3 known children.

1. Katherine Millbank (1767-1831)
2. Lisa Millbanks (1769-1851)
3. Thankful Millbanks (1772-1864)

She died ca September 19, 1826, in Durham, Androscoggin, Maine.
