Mary was born in 1813. She was the daughter of James Eaton and Polly (Brocklebank) Eaton. She married Abram Hopkins on 20 Nov 1833 in Michigan[1]. They were the parents of a large family. Mary Ann died and was buried in Toledo, Iowa in 1893. She was over 90 years old. Her husband and quite a few of the children are buried in the same cemetery[2].
