All known information about Mary Eaton was published The American Genealogist in 1993. ^[1] Information is derived solely from the will of her father, her husband, and her brother.

As the last named and therefore presumably youngest child, she is very roughly estimated to have been born around 1534. She is also presumed to be the mother of Mary and Thomas, the children named in the will of her husband.

She was last known living when named in the of her husband on 23 February 1585/6.
