Ecgberht (Wessex) England is a member of the House of Wessex.
Biography
Ecgberht was the son of Æthelred the Unready and his first wife Ælfgifu.[1][2] His birth date is uncertain, and very little is known about him.
He witnessed charters of his father from 993 to 1005, when his name ceases to appear and he is likely to have died.[2]

I plan to do some work on this profile soon on behalf of the Medieval Project. I am changing the LNAB to Wessex to help achieve consistency for Æthelred the Unready and his children.
