Elizabeth Ferrers (b. c.1419 Groby, Leicestershire, age 26 in 1445 - d. c. 23 Jan 1483).[1] was the daughter of:
Sir Henry Ferrers (b. c. 1390 - d. btw 1419 / 15 Jun 1422).[1]
Isabel (d. 27 Sep 1452), dau. of Sir Thomas Mowbray (b. 22 Mar 1366 - d. 22 Sep 1399), 1st Earl of Nottingham, 1st Duke of Norfolk ... and Elizabeth FitzAlan (b. c. 1371 - d. 8 Jul 1425).[1]
Marriage
She married twice. Her first husband was Sir Edward Grey, Lord Ferrers of Groby. His parents were Sir Reynold (Reginald) Grey, 3rd Baron Grey of Ruthyn, Governor of Ireland, Lord of Hastings & Wexford and Joan Astley.[1]
Her second husband was Sir John Bourchier, Lord Ferrers of Groby. His parents were Sir Henry Bourchier, 1st Viscount Bourchier, Earl of Essex, 2nd Count of Eu and Isabel Plantagenet.[1]

1st marriage: Edward. They had four sons, and two daughters, (p. 158)
2nd marriage: John Bourgchier (or Bourghchier), Knt., They had no issue. He married (2nd) before 6 July 1490 Elizabeth Chichele. (D. Richardson does not mention any children with his 2nd wife, Elizabeth). Sir John Bourgchier left a will dated 4 June 1495, proved 3 Nov. 1495, (p. 158).

According to my notes; Elizabeth de Ferrers-6th. Baroness of Groby, was born in 1418. She married Sir Edward De Grey (1415-1457) March of 1427 and died 23 January 1483.
