DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Peter by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Peter:
Dorman appears to base this on Malcolm Harris' book, Old New Kent County which states, "Madam Alice Wyatt following the custom of the day within perhaps a year married for her second husband, Major Peter Feild of Henrico County, and he moved into the Wyatt home."
As a PM of Bradbridge-3 I am agreeable to adding this spouse, however the PP protection will not allow me to link them, so a leader must be the one to do it.
The person that manages the Find a Grave memorial sent me a list of unsourced family trees on Ancestry.com. As indicated, all reliable sources indicate that his mother is "Unknown".
Not sure how much of the info on find a grave is accurate, but it claims he's "the son of James Field and Anne Rogers Clark Field. He 1st married Alice Unknown and 2nd married Judith Soane (widow of Cap. Henry Randolph)on 21 Oct 1678 in Chickahominy, Henrico County, Virginia" and says he's "buried at Saint Peter's Episcopal Church Cemetery

Perhaps Peter's profile should be linked by marriage to Alice (Bradbridge) Wyatt (abt.1651-1722), especially since it doesn't have genealogical significance?
