"On Tuesday the 21st of this instant died, at his house in Cumberland, Col. John Fleming, Member of the Assembly for that county, and an eminent practitioner of the law. He was a Gentleman of distinguished merit and abilities, which makes his death much lamented by all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance, and may be considered as a publick loss."
