Born at Walton, Thursday before Feast of Epiphany 1510.
Sheriff of Derbyshire 1556.
Research Notes
Since the feast of the Epiphany is January 6th and he was born the Thursday before according to calendars for 1510, I guess, he'd have been born on December 29th, 1510.
"In 1558, sir James Foljambe, of Walton, and Godfrey Foljambe his son and heir apparent, granted to Edward Littleton and William Wolstonholme, the manors of Peniston, Water-hall, Heley-hall, Hoyland Swein, and Newton-upon-Derwent, to the use of himself for life, remainder to Francis his younger son, remainder to Godfrey Foljambe."
