* This category did not exist at the time and I confirmed and noted in the Notes section regarding Pitsligo as well as the history of the church. I don't know why it didn't save properly but here is the previous category: Category:New Pitsligo Churchyard, New Pitsligo, Aberdeenshire

Hi Becky, I've added Aberdour Parish as a location category for Mariota since Pitsligo parish wasn't formed until 1633 (see https://www.scottish-places.info/parishes/parhistory196.html) Unfortunately, FindAGrave isn't a valid source in this instance as there is no graveyard attributed to her burial, nor is there an image of her gravestone or memorial (see the Scotland Project guidance on reliable sources at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Scotland_Project_Reliable_Sources#Reliable_Sources_with_Conditions
Forbes-527 and Forbes-7170 appear to represent the same person because: Hi Folks, No sure why this proposed merge was rejected before as these profiles clearly refer to the same person. If you now agree, can you proceed with the merge please. Many thanks, Maria
