Madonna Louise Fortin was born on 11 Jul 1933 in Bay City, Michigan. She was the daughter of Willard Fortin and Elsie Fortin.
She was the wife of Silvio Anthony Ciccone and the mother of Pop singer Madonna.
She passed away on 1 Dec 1963 and was laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery, Bay, Michigan.
