Eliza Webber Foster was born at Machias, Maine, in that part later set off as East Machias, 9 Sep 1799, the fourth child of Paul Foster and Elizabeth "Betsey" Webber;

died at Cooper, Maine, 14 Aug 1868, aged 68y 11m 4d, and is buried there in the West Ridge Cemetery.
