Biography

William was born in 1759 in Bertie North Carolina. William Freeman is a DAR Patriot of the American Revolution: Ancestor # a042166... He passed away in 1838 in Greene County Missouri and is the only revolutionary soldier buried in the Springfield National Cemetery.^{[1] [2]}
