Ruth French was born in Salisbury, Essex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay on 9 December 1713. Her parents were Timothy French and Mary Harriman. ^[1]

John Currier and Ruth French married 29 Apr 1736 in Salisbury. ^[2]

When John Currier died he left his slave Sego to his wife in his will written on Dec 17, 1757. Proved on March 1, 1758 ^[3]
