Baldwin de Freville, Knt., son and heir of Baldwin de Freville, Knt., by his father's first marriage to Ida Clinton, was born about 1349 (aged 26 in 1375).[1][2]
He held lands in Tamworth, Broughton, Harborough Magna, Middleton, Pinley, Shortley, and Stratford juxta Tamworth, Warwickshire and Yatesbury, Wiltshire, etc.[1][2]
Baldwin married first in 1353 (while still a child) to Elizabeth Botetourt, daughter of John Botetourt, 2nd Lord Botetourt and his second wife Joyce, daughter of William la Zouche Mortimer. Elizabeth died before reaching maturity and they had no children.[1]
Baldwin married second before 1368 to Joyce Botetourt, the sister of Elizabeth, his 1st wife.[1] Baldwin and Joyce had one son:
Sir Baldwin de Freville died 30 December 1387. His widow, Joyce, remarried before 11 November 1388, as his 3rd wife, Sir Adam Peshale.[1][2] Joyce died 12 August 1420.[1][2]
