Frost-11737 and Frost-109 appear to represent the same person because: same person

Anne Frost listed as child of Shepherd Frost; however, her date of birth of 1885 is well after the death of Shepherd and all three spouses. I did some limited research and found that Anne Frost may be the daughter of Samuel Bacon Frost. Can anyone verify or provide other information?
