Jabez Fuller was born on 22 Jul 1717 in Middleborough, Plymouth, Massachusetts to parents Jonathan Fuller and Eleanor Bennett. He married Hannah Pratt on 27 Dec 1744 in Middleborough, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Children: Sarah, Peter, Lucy, Zenas, Betty, Amaza, Silas, John, Andrew, Hannah. He died on 31 Mar 1770 in Medfield, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay.

From John Maltby: Ezra Washburn Jr., b. c. 1745, married Lucy Fuller, daughter of Dr. Jabez Fuller and Hannah Pratt, of Middleborough,[1] on 3 Nov. 1767 in Middleborough.[30]
