Samuel married, probably at Barnstable, about 1657/8 Anne Fuller, who was his first cousin. She was his first cousin, born about 1640 and died before 30 Dec 1691, daughter of Matthew Fuller. Matthew Fuller's 1678 will names "Daughter Anne Fuller the now wife of Samuel Fuller" and "son-in-law Samuell Fuller Junr."[1]
Apparently the family lived at Barnstable, but little else is known about Samuel.
Samuel died before 29 Dec 1691 probably in Barnstable, where an inventory of his estate was taken just two months after the official proclamation declaring Plymouth part of Massachusetts.[1]
His inventory, taken 28 Dec 1691, contained no real estate. Two days later, the 30th, Matthew, Barnabas, Joseph and Benjamin quitclaimed to their sisters "Desire Fuller and Sarah Fuller Daughters of sd deceased of all their deceased mother's Apparrel." The letter of administration, also dated 30 Dec 1691 assigns custody of the estate of daughters Desire and Sarah Fuller to be kept until further order, implying that they were not yet adults.[1][3][4]
Desire, b. after 30 Dec 1670 (not of age 30 Dec 1691)
Sarah, b. after 30 Dec 1670; living 30 Dec 1691; n.f.r.
