Garren-107 and Garren-23 appear to represent the same person because: They were born on the same day & died on the same day in Madisonville, Monroe Co., Tn. She is buried in Notchey Creek Cemetery where all of my Grandmother (Pheobe Alice Torbett Atkins is buried.
