Ann was born on 22 December 1791, the third daughter of Elbridge Gerry (1744-1814) and Ann (Thompson) Gerry (1763-1849).^[1]

New Haven, 19. - Ann Gerry, third daughter of Elbridge, signer of the Declaration of Independence, died to-day, aged 91.^[3]
