Nancy, the fourth daughter and seventh of nine children of John Goodell and Mary Warner was born on 4 May 1778 at Sturbridge, Massachusetts.[1]
Marriage and Children
Nancy married as his first wife, Isaac Morse, the son of John and Elizabeth (Bugbee) Morse on 17 October 1798, likely at Sturbridge, Worcester, Massachusetts where all of their children were born. Their children included:

Death and Burial
Nancy (Goodell) Morse died on 24 December 1814 in her 37th year shortly after the birth of their youngest daughter, Polly. Nancy likely died at Sturbridge, Massachusetts; however, her burial location is in the New Woodstock Cemetery at New Woodstock, Madison, New York.[10]
