Father Sir Thomas Grey, 1st Marquess of Dorset, Lord Ferrers, Constable of the Tower of London & Ruthland Castle[1] b. c 1455, d. 30 Aug 1501
Mother Cecily Bonville[2] b. 1461, d. 12 Apr 1530 or 12 May 1530
Mary Grey was born circa 1494 at of Groby, Leicestershire, England.
She married Sir Walter Devereux, 1st Viscount Hereford, son of John Devereux, 3rd Lord Ferrers and Cicely Bourchier, before 3 May 1501.[3]
Mary Grey died on 22 February 1538; Buried at Church of Stowe, Chartley.

I think Henry Devereax and.Katherine Devereax are the children of Walter And Mary Devereax. Mary died in 1538. Also the.date of his marriage to Margaret would have been before 1544 as Edward was born in 1544.
