Ulf was the son of Harold Godwinson, King Harold II.[1] Some historians believe that Ulf may have been a full brother of Harold, whose mother was Ealdgyth of Mercia, and if so, chronology means they would probably have been twins:[1] but there is no clear evidence to confirm the identity of Ulf's mother, and she may have been Edith Swan-neck.[2][3]
Ulf was held prisoner by William the Conqueror: John of Worcester, in the Chronicle formerly attributed to Florence of Worcester, states that in 1087, after the death of William the Conqueror, his son Robert Curthose released Ulf, son of Harold former king of England, and Donald, son of King Malcolm of Scotland, from custody and made them knights.[1][4]
Nothing more is known of him.

they have the same parents, same birthdates, and Rouglas Richardson's books have no mention of Ealdgyth Mercia having any twins. I dont have edit rights for pre 1500. I hope someone who reads this does have edit rights... note also posted on profile of Haraldson-10.
