Birth
He is the son of Barzillai Hendee and Thankful Butler. [1]
He was born 9 Nov 1753 in Woodbury Twp, Litchfield, Connecticut.[2]
Name
While there are many different spellings, his name was likely based on the biblical name Cyrenius which means "who governs".[3]
Death
While no death record has been located yet, his father's probate in 1787 lists two other sons with the statement of "my two sons".
