Married Elizabeth Hull in 1690.

Thomas Higgins of Piscataway, Middlesex County, Province of East Jersey, yeoman, wrote his will 2 Dec 1702. He named his mother, his wife Elizabeth, his son Benjamin and unnamed daughters. The will was proved 17 Apr 1704, indicating he died shortly before this date.^[1]
