Martha Holden was born at Watertown, Massachusetts on January 15, 1645/6, daughter of Richard Holden and Martha Fosdick. [1]
She married Thomas Boyden Jr. by 1667. [1]
Thomas was born at Watertown on September 26, 1639, son of Thomas and Frances (unk) Boyden. [2]
In 1685, Martha, Wife of Thomas Boyden, and daughter of Richard Holden, petitions the County Court concerning the "uncomfortable differences" existing between herself and her husband, who had deserted her, and of him she says "he is now at my uncle Holden's at Fresh Pond in Cambridge."[3]
