DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Anne by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Anne:

This may not be the correct Anne Holmes who married Peter Perrine.

Holmes-218 and Holmes-166 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge. No tree conflicts. We need to keep the match data Born December 20, 1670 in Gravesend, New York Wife of Jacobus J. Kierstede — married about 1691 in New York Died February 5, 1733. Thanks!

One of the husbands attached currently here Samuel Kierstede born 1697 is really Anne's son instead, so I am goring to break that false attachment so that the tree matches will make sense.
