She was the wife of Sir Roger Copley and mother of Margarett, Sir Roger, Eleanor, Elizebeth and Anne.[2]
One of the coheirs of Thomas Hoo, Baron Hoo and Hastings.

According to Richardson her first name was Anne not Jane. She is named Anne in the IPM of her half-sister Anne.
