William, who wen by Stanley, was born in 1892, the son of Anderson Young Hull and Mary A. Brooks. [1]
He attended A.B. Wright Institute, and Fentress County high school. He worked as a farmer, clerked in a wholesale and retail store in Chattanooga, and taught school. He was licensed to teach in Morgan County in 1912. [2]
He was single and residing at Chattanooga in 1917; [3] and served briefly as a private in the U.S. Army with the 15th Co Rec Cp, from 03 Sep 1918 to 20 Dec 1918. [4]
He married first by 1920 to Lillian Mulkey [5] and they had children: [6][7]

He married second on 17 May 1952 at Alabama to Jennie Lou (Perry) Cox, daughter of L. Jasper Perry and Mary F. Wiley. [10]
Stanley passed away in 1972 [11][12] and is buried at Forest Hill Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama. [13]
