Biography

William, who wen by Stanley, was born in 1892, the son of Anderson Young Hull and Mary A. Brooks. ^[1]

He attended A.B. Wright Institute, and Fentress County high school. He worked as a farmer, clerked in a wholesale and retail store in Chattanooga, and taught school. He was licensed to teach in Morgan County in 1912. ^[2]

He was single and residing at Chattanooga in 1917; ^[3] and served briefly as a private in the U.S. Army with the 15th Co Rec Cp, from 03 Sep 1918 to 20 Dec 1918. ^[4]

He married first by 1920 to Lillian Mulkey ^[5] and they had children: ^{[6] [7]}

Stanley passed away in 1972 ^{[11] [12]} and is buried at Forest Hill Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama. ^[13]
