Benjamin, born 30 January 1744, died at Royalston, Massachusetts, 7 January 1840, where he had removed prior to 1770. He settled on a tract of wild land about 1.5 miles from the center of town. He married (1) Judith Libby, who died 19 May 1795. He married (2) widow Mary (Hill) Partridge.[1]
