Biography

Nathan Johnson was born in about 1795. He was the son of John Johnson and Elizabeth (Perrin) Johnson. He married Jane Maria (Auld) Johnson in 1818. She passed away in 1830. He married Jemima (Meek) Johnson in 1831. He passed away in about 1844. He was buried in Sharon Cemetery (also known as Seceder Cemetery) in Deersville, Harrison, Ohio, United States.

Note

Nathan's Johnson stone was very legible, as was that of his second wife, Jemima (Meek) Johnson. Unfortunately, the face of the headstone on the other side of his grave had flaked off, so it was hard to tell whether it was that of his first wife, Jane Maria (Auld) Johnson.
